Some additional information:
1. I went to Raspberry Pi Configuration / Display and set Screen Blanking to ON. Rebooted but just left the system sit idle. The Intermittent Blanking started after 2 minutes and continued until 10 minutes when the screen went blank after about 2 minutes the monitor Loss of Signal message the screen stayed blank and I could not get it back after trying everything I did a Ctrl-Alt-Del and pressed enter the system then shutdown. When it came back up I turned the Screen Blanking OFF.
2. I opened Chrome and just left it sit and the Intermittent Screen Blanking continued almost immediately. I then went to youtube.com/@NBCSports/videos but did not start any videos just left it sit NO Intermittent Screen Blanking for over 2 hours. It looks like if the CPU is just a little busy then the screen blanking does not occur. This has to be a OS problem, hardware just doesn't do that.
