https://geekworm.com/products/gpio-1-to-2-extenderIt won't. That's a passive device that has multiple male pins connected in parallel to each female pin. If a pin is "claimed" by board A it still can't be used by board B.
AIUI, the only pins that can be used with multiple devices apart from power and ground are the I2C pins and the SPI MISO and MOSI pins (not the chip select) and only when working in thos emodes as that's how those interfaces were designed.
