Have you tried over_voltage=2 in the config.txt file?I've got a Zero here that boots only about 1 time out of 4. After that it crashes within a week even when under clocked to 700 MHz.Yup. I didn't think of that. I'm not used to working with 0 non-W so it went way over my head. What network? It is a Zero, not a ZeroW.
I've changed the SD card twice. It seemed like that helped, but it didn't. The problem has persisted with three different distributions: the Bookworm and Bullseye versions of Raspberry Pi OS as well as the arm6l release of Void Linux.
I have a bunch of Pi Zero and Zero W computers which are fine. My conclusion is some individual devices don't work very well.
