Hmmm, I had to write a little SMTP Relay program to bounce my MotionEYE detection report emails on to MS Office365 via a command line email client that could be configured to MS's new security requirement. I learnt a lot on the way but not sure what to do with the knowledge now.
Don't recall have any problems with Thunderbird on my Ubuntu or Outlook on my moby.
