That is something implemented by the start.elf firmware used by Pi's 0-4.
That command is typically only useful when using deprecated firmware side
APIs, like opengl, openmax, dispmanx etc, that have all been replaced with arm-side alternatives.
Pi5 has no start.elf firmware, so no that command it not implemented.
