See the second table for different uses.The Rpi4 PSUs that I have are rated 5V1 3A 15W3, IIRC the Pi4B has a 3A polyfuse, so it can't reliably draw over 3A for long.That's because it will depend on what you have connected to the Pi and how busy the pi' cores are going to be. So take the worse case scenario of 3.5A (as this is what the official power supply is rated for) and multiple by 5v and you get 17.5W.
