I've downloaded your dataset, but when I plot it it just looks like an INL curve. Although your set up is a potentially a lot more accurate than mine, only 4 datasets can't really show much of the anomalies. I'm stopping my acquisition when any histogram value reaches 10000 which picks up lots or 'warts and all' values. I'm also a little confused, because you are showing input data for the 'holes', that looks like everything else - how can you have PWM data for those points?
There's so many ways to display the data we are trying to illustrate - sorry - several glasses of wine now!
