as I still don't understand the use case I'm unable to offer any support...
The plan is to only track the voltage and the device will be in parallel when connected to the car. We do not plan on decoding or reading any information of the signal. Just checking the voltage.
'Checking the voltage' only would require a very fast ADC, able to measure your positive and negative LVDS signal at the same time.
