It's diffcult to now for sure whether either of those will work, though like James; I'd be dubious of something with a detachable cable. There will be losses there. I've often found that power supplies can sometimes be rather... optimistically rated. It might be worth reading the reviews..They don't seem to be overwhelming in praise...The only way that you can be sure is to try it...and then you've committed the funds.
One thing that is certain is that If you look through the forums, you will find that power supply issues feature appear disproportionately. This is often because people are using power suplies that really aren't up to the job.
The official power supply is designed for the job and just works....and it really isn't that expensive. IMHO it's well worth the price.
Don't skimp on power supplies or SD cards. It's really just not worth the hassle.
