With no surprise, the diagnosic does not display on my UHD screens at my home. Both screens stay black.
On my work's screen, the diagnosic shows. "Display: DISP0: HDMI HPD=1 EDID=ok #2 DISP1: HPD=0 EDID=none #0"

Just to confirm - this was with same hdmi cable?

Not getting any image from diagnostic screen is very unusual.

Are you able to boot normally to rpios and ssh in (with no display visible)?
If so then running "raspinfo | pastebinit" and posting the url will provide some debug info.
(run "sudo apt install pastebinit" if it says it is not installed).

You can use the working display to enable ssh in gui and test connecting to it.
