ive begun re-visiting big-endian on the rpi02, in aarch64 in my case

so far, ive fixed:

• some mailbox properties (clock, power, internals)
• most of the framebuffer (color offsets wrong)

i need to fix the dma next, and then investigate why wifi isnt working

wpa_supplicant fails with "wlan0: Authentication with <mac> timed out."
wireshark in monitor mode reveals that the rpi and router exchanging packets, so it is at least able to send packets
