I have two Raspberry Pi's, a 3B and a 4. I enabled rpi-connect on both. If I understand the documentation correctly, I should be able to get shell (command line) access to either, but can get desktop access only on the 4.
I first tried to connect to the 4. Once it was set up, the connect button had a pull-down menu for shell vs. desktop. Both worked fine.
Then I tried connecting to the 3B. Once it was set up, I could connect to the shell.
But when I went back to try to connect to the 4, the desktop option no longer appeared, only shell. That works, but what happened to the desktop?
I realize this software is still in beta, but I thought I should report this and see if anyone else has seen it.
